Managing Partner

​Managing partner Tom Short continues to represent private and public companies as he has for over the last 30 years with annual sales of $5 million to $10 billion throughout North America.  He works with companies in manufacturing, distribution, and financial service industries. Tom excels at finding qualified candidates that fit not only the role, but also the  culture of the companies he represents.

​In addition to his professional commitments, Tom enjoys Big Ten basketball, creating family memories, and golfing.

Spencer Short is a dedicated professional with over 7 years of sales experience in the manufacturing industry. He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in account management and his strengths lie in communication and relationship building. Spencer also has exceptional interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients and candidates.

​Beyond his professional endeavors, Spencer enjoys being a girl dad, spending time with his wife, and is a Houston sports fanatic.

CONSULTANT

Kelly Short is a dynamic professional with a background in sales support at a national insurance and staffing organization. She brings invaluable knowledge in customer relations, marketing skills, and a strong foundation in administration. She is committed  to understanding client needs and supporting candidates throughout the recruiting process.

​Outside of work, Kelly enjoys traveling with friends, volunteering, and spending time with family and her dog Snooki.
