Individual attention to position from start to finish by experienced search consultants. Sourcing and attracting candidates by using job boards, company database and social media. Consultant collaboration throughout the search process.
Contingent Placement
Traditional recruiting contingent placement. This method is on a commission basis. Short Partners LLC will present a pool of candidates that we have pre-screened and will present to client company for consideration. If client decides to hire one or more candidates, Short Partners LLC will receive a percentage fee of the candidate's first-year salary.
Non-Exempt Screening
For non-exempt roles we provide assistance screening candidates for your open positions.
